Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests are subject to verification of the order status.

  • If the order has not been shipped, the cancellation request will generally be approved.

  • If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request cannot be accepted.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation by AANJANEYA ENTERPRISE

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.

  • Payment could not be verified.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Delivery is not possible to the provided address.

If we cancel your prepaid order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Quantity (subject to availability)

Order modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
